insecure door payable safe
the food selection was acceptable at the main restaurant.
The room's main door looked like it had been forced open. It was not very secure. i had to negotiate a rate for the safe after they initially asked for £5 per day. i think charging for a safe is a poor show, especially when the room doors are not secure.

good gym many pools sun beds short walk
the gym was very good. i found only a few people using it. it had many big swimming pools with plenty of sun beds available. the on-site facilities met my needs. i especially appreciated the proximity to the beach, just a short walk from the rear entrance.
the air conditioning was not working perfectly at times.

immaculate hotel with friendly staff!
helpful staff great food
i extended my stay due to rain. reception staff helped with no issues. the hotel is immaculate everywhere. snack bar food is great and accessible most of the day. we enjoyed the adult pool. alex, the bartender, is the kindest man. he made everyone laugh and helped when needed.

fantastic holiday experience
really good service friendly conversation poolside service comfortable experience
alex at the adult pool provided really good service. he delivered drinks to our loungers daily, especially helpful for me. i'm an amputee and have difficulty moving around easily. alex made our vacation special, remembering our orders and offering friendly conversation. bulent yilmaz at the spa also helped us with bookings.
